Commercially available pedalboards can be limiting. If you have a specific need or circumstance that isn’t being met with off-the-shelf pedalboard products, you might want to look into ordering a customized pedalboard for your next rig!
We can custom fabricate your new board to perfectly fit whatever case you may already have!
Multi-tier options are also available to maximize your pedalboard footprint.
DESIGN &
LAYOUT
It doesn’t matter how big your pedalboard is. Every board suffers from the same problem: limited space, and too many pedals.
Our tenacity and attention to detail can maximize your current set up and minimize fumbling over your pedals when it matters most.
We will also work closely with you to design a signal chain and layout that works best for your needs.
PROFESSIONAL
WIRING
Leave the soldering to us! Easily one of the most over-looked aspects of noise-free pedalboard are the cables. Solder-less patch cables can oxidize over time and one of the best ways to clean up your signal is to use high quality soldered patch cables.
You can choose what level of hardware you’d like for your new board, be it generic, Switchcraft or Squareplug 1/4” plugs.
CUSTOM
INTERFACES
Plugging your instrument into the first pedal in your signal chain over and over again can introduce wear and tear over time. Add a custom interface box to your layout and centralize all your in and out connection points.
Our interface boxes are easily repairable, and come with a host of features such as input/output buffers, audition loops, and automatic switching should you choose not to use the 4-cable method.
Custom Multi-Tier Pedalboards
Do what the condos do… build UP!
You might be constrained by X and Y, but consider adding some Z-index to your next pedalboard to almost double the amount of pedals you can get on to the board!
We can provide the flexibility you need which you just can’t get with pre-fabricated commercially available pedalboards.
Custom Flat Pedalboards
Simpler is always better, but even our flat boards have some customization options!
Choose your overall dimensions to match your existing road cases as well as handle placement to maximize layout and ergonomics.
We offer complete edge-to-edge loop side velcro (if you want it) to unlock your pedalboard layout. This is useful if you desire a higher degree of flexibility if your pedalboard needs to be reconfigured often.
The Order Process
Step 1 - Contact Us!
Send us an email by filling out our online form. Be as specific as possible because it helps us provide you with an accurate cost estimate for your project.
Step 2 - Deposit!
If you approve of our detailed estimate, we will secure a deposit from you to begin work.
The deposit secures your place in the fabrication process, and allows us to start sourcing materials for your new board.
Step 3 - Design!
Once you have provided the deposit, we will work with you directly in order to finalize the design of the pedalboard and signal chain if applicable.
Please Note: if there were any new additions (or subtractions) to the pedalboard, our estimate may have to be re-calculated.
Step 4 - The Build!
The final design has been signed off, and the building has begun.
Typical turn-around time at this point is 3-4 days for flat pedalboards.
Add an additional day for a multi-tier board, and a day or two if we are wiring up your board as well!
